Free Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship free of charge and are fully insured.

Shipping Cost

  • FREE standard shipping is available on all domestic U.S. orders.

  • Free shipping applies only to shipments within the United States.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

If FedEx Expedited shipping is selected for a PO Box address, your order will instead be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 AM (CST – Chicago Time) are processed the same or next business day.

  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days (within the United States)

  • Shipping Days: Monday through Friday

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (including processing)

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Pre-Order & Delayed Products

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order (or delayed) products, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.

If you would like available products shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at the sole discretion of BluVex Coin Shop, unless otherwise specified.

A signature may be required upon delivery depending on the order value, destination, or carrier requirements.

Insurance coverage becomes void if:

  • You waive the signature requirement with the carrier.

  • Someone other than the named recipient signs for the package (including neighbors, employees, property managers, or reception staff).

  • The shipment is delivered to a UPS Store, FedEx Office, mailbox service, package locker, or similar third-party receiving location.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, BluVex Coin Shop will initiate the insurance claim on your behalf. Customers agree to cooperate fully with any carrier or insurance investigation.

Claims for damaged, missing, or undelivered shipments must be reported within 3 business days after the recorded delivery date.

Following claim approval, BluVex Coin Shop reserves the right to either replace the order or issue a refund at its sole discretion.

International Shipping

BluVex Coin Shop ships to many international destinations.

International shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on your destination and the products ordered.

Please note:

  • Certain products may not be eligible for international delivery.

  • Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

If an international shipment is refused or cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees.

Orders will not be reshipped until the original package has been returned.

A $75 reprocessing fee, plus applicable shipping costs, will apply before any reshipment.

Additional Shipping Information

PO Box Deliveries

Orders valued above $10,000 shipped to a PO Box are not eligible for shipping insurance.

Insurance coverage ends once USPS records delivery to the PO Box.

Storage Fees

If an order is returned as undeliverable or shipment is delayed at the customer's request, a storage and insurance fee of $30 per month may apply beginning from the original order date.

Customer Shipping Errors

Orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are subject to a minimum $30 reshipment fee, plus any additional carrier charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking is available directly through the carrier's website:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx
