Return & Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within seven (7) days of receiving your product, you may return the product for a refund. A pre-paid return label can be generated through your account. To initiate a return, please visit your Order History and submit a return request online, or contact our Help Center.

BluVex Coin Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Conditions
Partial returns and partial refunds are not accepted.
For example, if a coin set is purchased and one item is deemed unacceptable, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund.
The original order pack slip is required for all returns.
BluVex Coin Shop reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, charge fees for excessive returns, or suspend accounts with a pattern of excessive return activity.

Certificate of Non-Receipt (CNR)
If your order did not arrive or arrived with missing items, you must complete and submit a Certificate of Non-Receipt (CNR) within 14 calendar days from the shipment date.
Once the completed CNR is received, BluVex Coin Shop will review the claim and provide a resolution within six (6) weeks.
